This is the Malawian handmade design on the ring beam around our house. The gorgeous guy is my husband. He has worked so hard to make our home here in Malawi just wonderful! YOAOL.

Our paw-paw/papaya tree is doing so great. We have eaten two already. Two more which were picked this week, are waiting to ripen completely.

I'm a little hurt that you didn't have me do the ring beam work. I think I could have made it more unique (not so uniform and exact) Perhaps next year I can add my touch to it.
