Meat being brought into Lilongwe. Brian took this picture and he was amazed at how they trampled all over it and then tossed the chunks onto the floor of the meat shop. Reminds us of the slaughtered goats that you can see on the side of the road as you drive from the airport into the capital city. Things to look forward to dear friends and family:)

Wow, as much as I love eating a good piece of beef/chicken, this would probably turn me into a vegetarian. I believe I would skip over the meat too!
Sure, you show us that NOW, when we're already committed to coming =). I think I might be a vegitarian that week.

I was so glad these guys were wearing hair nets - it made them look so concerned about cleanliness (if only they had hair nets for thier boots as well).
